Maya Reneé is a health care enthusiast who is passionate about patient centered care, innovative work culture, and provider collaboration. She loves leaning into challenging projects that involve strategic planning and generate solid outcomes. She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and has proudly served the Treasure Valley for the last 15 years in several different benefit management roles such as utilization management, benefit education, transparency pricing, and financial advocacy. She currently works as a Performance Improvement Specialist, overseeing the quality performance of several independent clinics. Prior to becoming a Performance Improvement Specialist, she served as a Community Health Worker providing supportive services to clinics and patients. Maya is eager to support the unique needs and efforts of Community Health Workers by networking, identifying goals, fostering strengths, providing education, and continuously advocating for the work they do to bridge the gap between community and facilities as well as making it possible for providers to treat the whole patient.
